MRI Results + Minimalist Living

Hello everyone! I know its not quite evening but I am bored so I thought I would post a little earlier. Sorry for not posting last weekend, we just moved and we did not have any internet. So with that being said I would like to let you all know that my MRI results came back great. No tumors or signs of stroke. While that is all fine and dandy it is still a little frustrating not really knowing what happened. For now though we will see how this new thyroid medicine treats me. So far I haven’t noticed any side effects and I am hoping it will make me feel better.

Since we have been in the process of moving I haven’t been eating very well. I am supposed to lay off the carbs and sugar, which I have not been doing and it has been making me feel so sick. Today I started back up, took all my vitamins, and I am feeling pretty good. Although I have been on the toilet a lot (tmi sorry) getting rid of all the toxic food in my body.

Alright then, lets move on. So we used to live in a 2 bedroom house that was pretty big for my husband and I. We decided about a month ago that we wanted to move back into an apartment. I hate how everyone competes to have the best house, the best cars, and the newest gadgets. I am finally realizing that life is not about things. Its about making memories. We all come into this world with absolutely nothing and guess what? We leave with nothing.

I have been so fascinated with the minimalism life style. I follow a few blogs and YouTube channels on it. It really encouraged me to throw a bunch of crap away and give things to people who are in much more need. Its like a new beginning at life.

I have been so stressed about my health and moving. I was forgetting to take my depression meds at night and it really took a toll on me. I finally feel like I am getting to a place where I can slow down and start to take better care of myself again. I am so happy with the choices that we have made. I know some people wont understand it but honestly who cares. I don’t care what everyone else thinks of me anymore and you shouldn’t either!

I hope you all have a great week!

xoxo -court
